2.1. xxxrays.live enables users to upload their photos and generate new, modified versions by changing the appearance of the original photos.
2.2. This service is available to users worldwide who want to see fresh versions of their own photos. Yes, we mean your own.
3.1. The service can only be used to process your own photos, to which you hold full rights. Yes, we’re talking about photos that you truly own.
3.2. The user declares that they have all copyright and ownership rights to the photos uploaded to the service. If you're uploading a picture of your cat, make sure your cat gave you permission!
3.3. It is strictly forbidden to upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent. In other words – no photos of celebrities, friends, bosses, or, worse yet, your exes.
3.4. Uploading content that is illegal, offensive, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited. Our service is here to bring joy, not legal troubles.
4.1. The user retains full copyright to the original photos uploaded to the service.
4.2. The newly generated, modified images created by xxxrays.live can only be used by the user for personal or non-commercial purposes, provided they do not infringe the rights of third parties.
5.1. xxxrays.live takes no responsibility for any claims arising from improper use of the service, including the uploading of photos to which the user does not hold the rights.
5.2. xxxrays.live reserves the right to remove any account or photo that violates these Terms and Conditions and to block users who fail to comply with the rules. But seriously, let’s be adults here.
6.1. We respect your privacy. Your photos are safe with us and will not be shared with anyone else without your consent (yours or your cat’s).

7.1. xxxrays.live reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes in advance (though we don’t plan to do this often).
7.2. Continuing to use the service after changes have been made means you accept the new Terms and Conditions.
